The free tools

Type a trade into the explainer on the home page and that word is sent to our server, and on to Anthropic, whose model writes the explanation. Nothing else is collected at that point — no account, no email, no name.

To read the rest of the explanation, or to get a marketing plan, we ask for an email address and send a six-digit code to it. Once you enter that code we keep:

• the email address, and the phone number you type beside it
• your trade, or your answers to the planner's questions
• the explanation or plan that was written for you
• the language you were reading in, and the ad or link you arrived from, if any

We keep these so our team can follow up with you about the plan you were given, and we add the address to our mailing list — occasional marketing tips for Myanmar SMEs, with an unsubscribe link in every one. That is also why the code exists: an address we cannot reach is a lead we cannot honour.

Buying a package

If you go on to order, we also keep:

• the name, email and phone you type on the agreement
• the signature you draw, the exact wording you agreed to, and the date and time
• the IP address and browser you signed from — together these are the record that the signature is yours
• the photo of your bank transfer slip, which carries your bank details
• the kickoff time you choose

The slip is stored privately, not on a public link. Only staff signed in to our admin screen can open it, and it is opened to match your transfer against your order — nothing else.

What is collected automatically

• Your IP address is counted for a short time so that one connection cannot exhaust the free tools. It is a counter, not a profile.
• Google Analytics sets cookies and records which pages you saw, roughly where you are, what device you used, and steps like “finished reading the explanation”. It is not given your name, email or phone.
• Vercel BotID checks that a form was submitted by a person rather than a script.

This site can also run Facebook and TikTok advertising pixels. As of the date at the top, only Google Analytics is switched on; if that changes, this page changes with it.

Who else sees it

We use these companies as tools to run the site. Each one sees only what it needs:

• Vercel — hosting, and the bot check
• Neon — the database the records are stored in
• Anthropic — writes the plans and explanations. It is sent your trade and your quiz answers. It is not sent your email, phone or name.
• Resend — sends the code and every email from us, and holds our mailing list
• Upstash — holds the short-lived request counters
• Google Analytics — the visit statistics above
• Slack — where our own team is alerted that a new lead or order has arrived

We do not sell your data, and we do not hand it to anyone else for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

• Leads and the plans written for them: two years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Signed agreements, payment records and slips: five years, because they are the record of a contract and a payment.
• Analytics: as long as Google Analytics is set to hold it, at most fourteen months.
• Request counters: one hour.

What you can ask for

Email info@newness.com.mm from the address you gave us and you can ask us to:

• send you a copy of everything we hold about you
• correct anything that is wrong
• delete it

We will do it within thirty days. The one thing we cannot delete on request is a signed agreement or a payment record while it is still in force — those are the proof of a contract, for your protection as much as ours.

You can unsubscribe from the mailing list with the link at the bottom of any email we send, which takes effect immediately and needs nothing from us. You can block analytics with your browser's settings or Google's own opt-out add-on.

Children

This site is for business owners. It is not aimed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes

When we change how any of this works, we change this page and the date at the top with it.
